Right from the word go put my heart and soul into it. I Would proudly say that the company logo design the tag line was designed by me. So just imagine how close this stays in my heart and with that so much loads and loads of fond memories that will remain fresh in my heart. Off course the name was suggested by my director which i should mention here. So the entire setup was purely a Team Work. It started off with just 3 of us ( The Three Musketeers) and by end of three years we were 9 of us in operations which excludes the support Team, Our Tour Managers, VISA Team, Finance Team. Paradizo gave me the confidence and independence which transformed my career and personality. Kudos to the management and colleuges. If given a chance and there raises an opportunity that the entire old team reuintes. Without a second thought i would love to be a part of the Paradizo Team....Read More

Dislikes

There was lots of scope for improvement. A little more support and independence would have been a good thrust which is only the grey area that comes to my mind. Moreover it was just a 3+ years old baby which got cripled due to the Pandemic.
