I was one of the members of the academic council of the school Panchasayar Siksha Niketan for four years though I had joined as an Assistant Teacher of Physics on 2011. So I got free atmosphere of working to impose many innovated ideas for betterment of the students of the school. But most of the committee members are from non-academic back ground,so the had hardly realize the school related problems. More over that most of the senior teachers are less energetic to serve the institution effectively, they created problems many times for school authority....Read More
