Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-13 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client dealings all the time and in arranging the garments of online orders, late into the night. Managers do not value an individua l's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation gifts from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my Work times. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior designer like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes....Read More

Work Details

As a Designer, my work is kind of challenging as I have to look after the entire store and billing as well as day-to-day client dealing operations. I keep strong focus at my difficult times also. It will b a great learning experience.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
