Likes

A well known company's subsidiary thus credibility is high. Company has democratic leaders style. The manager is well known person and have highest accadamic qualifications.

Dislikes

Poor security because no environment friendly workers. Top management managed all the people of the sales department. The manager did not have strategic plans. He failed basic management practices to adopt in the organization. Poor motivation and poor compensation demotivated me.

The work is interesting because it is familiar and has experience. There is nothing to study because Pgdm thought everything.
