The work environment is superb and filled with happy vibes. Team mates are really supportive, salaries are always, always on time. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. Also, there is on job training process for freshers. The organization motivates everyone to improve and be better.

I could not find any. :)

Work Details

As a project manager, my work is challenging as I have to look after the resources and clients. It keeps me to stay on my toes sometimes but as long as I get to work closely with the clients, it becomes a great learning experience. :)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
