We get ample of opportunities to grow and develop. They are true to the timings and never ask anyone to exceed. They truly believe in work life balance. Work culture and management is Super awesome.

Dislikes

Sometimes, we have to put up with the people we don't really like but this kind of situation arises in every organisation. Overall, I would love to stay here. I am getting offers of more than 1.7X of my current salary but I like it here and That's only because of the work environment.

Work from home kinds of put you in a situation that you don't exactly know people the way you would have if you have met them. But here at Ourdesignz, even unknown people invites you with open hands and that makes you stay comfortable

I like the fact that they will be so nice in front of multiple people and when it's 1on 1 they are like they own you, and you are a slave in the company .

Dislikes

Policies, HRs, Increments, CEOs, almost everything about the management. They want you to work even on weekends and still no appreciation and just forget about any overtime pay. When the appraisal time comes they just start making excuses, like you did this wrong,you are not capable, and will later say we cannot give you increments because it's company policy.
