I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me

There are good colleagues ,we work with good team work and have supportive system.

Dislikes

Growth is decent but compensation is low to my expectations .The work pressure is very high and i have to attend client calls every time. Employees do not value with an individual unique qualities.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as I have to manage and finalizing accounting department and look after work of entire company. Also I have to work on filing TDS return,GST return and Income Tax return.Apart from this, functioning as group leader.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
