The only thing I like in OSTM was the working hours. The working hours were flexible.

Dislikes

There were no office like infrastructure not even office system. I had to work on my personal laptop. The management isn't aware any technology related things. Whatever the third person says they'll accept that and follow that. If someone else says something else then the management will follow them. The management don't have their own decision. You won't get salary on time. You'll have to struggle to get the salary. You won't get any technical support from the management (because they don't knowledge in tech). There is no career growth and job security....Read More
