Poor management. Overworking employees with no concept of work-life balance. Office is in a basement with no network...the administration does nit provide wifi even on pc that you are working on. When you have to send an email outside the office you have to go to a separate PC for emails that is shared by the whole office. WORK ENVIRONMENT IS GOOD. A LOT TO LEARN. ALL PEOPLE ARE HELPFULL AND THEY ARE HELPFULL ESPECIALLY NEHA MAM. DIFFERENT CATEGORY OF PROJECTS. HARBIR SIR HAS DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF HORTICULTURE. SUNEET SIR HAS EXTRAORDINARY DESIGN SKILLS GOOD WITH DESIGN SPACE PLANNING. IN AFTER 6 MONTHS THEY GAVE A SITE VISITS TO ARCHITECTS WHO ARE WORKING.

HIGH WORK PRESSURE SOMETIMES AND LESS APPRAISEL.THEY DON'T PROVIDE SITE VISITS TO ARCHITETS. INTERNET CONNECTION IN THE BASEMENT. NOT PROVIDED INTERNET IN ALL SYSTEM. GMAIL COMMUNICATION TO EVERY PERSON SYSTEM IS NOT PROVIDED.

I had the best learning experience at Oracels. I would strongly recommend people who are in seek of knowledge and those who want to work creatively.
