Don't respect employees personal life and time, too much pressure with exhausted environment. if person gives 100% of it still don't get appraisal.

Dislikes

Poor management. Overworking employees with no concept of work-life balance. Office is in a basement with no network...the administration does nit provide wifi even on pc that you are working on. When you have to send an email outside the office you have to go to a separate PC for emails that is shared by the whole office. Even if somebody is working hard they give very low increment and expect you to not have a personal life....Read More

In starting I assisted in several projects and then, I was given my baby project Foot over bridges at DLF cyber city which is now a landmark at DLF Gurgaon.
