1. Project specific hiring, after completion its very furious for exp guys. They can loose the job. 2. No process work, no agile followers. 3. Without finalising the requirement work started. 4. Single project having 3 to 4 managers...like a wow. 5. Minut checking of whether you are online, your leaves.

A pathetic company....never ever join opus if u r looking for a stable secure job The managers like praveen mangawde i have myself heard him saying to HRs ki abhi hire kar lete hai employee ko baad me fire kar denge. Even the owner of the company says humne koi ashram thodi khola hai. They haress and pressurize employees to extreme level

Nothing is good in this company. The managers like praveen mengawde.. Anmol sontake literally behave liks goons with employees.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
