Great place to work on. Good inhouse oportunity to grow in ladders and they also pay 50000 per year for unskilled yourself. They provide day care facilities to all employees for their kids till 6 years of age.

Dislikes

I would say every organization have some ppl who downgrade the work culture (both management and employees) but overall it's a great place to work. I believe shift timings can be reduced to 9 hours that helps more work life balance.

A non-data-science-knowledgeable manager was assigned to oversee my work, which significantly hindered my growth and learning. This manager frequently assigned projects that lacked depth and relevance to my field, often coming up with dummy tasks or just POC that did not contribute to my professional development. No appraisal no hikes no promotion the management was not good they are not least bothered about their employees. Head office was in gurgaon but those people develop their self they will not give much importance to Hyderabad employees A part from IT sector if you randomly ask with any operational team you will get the same answer their is politics.
