Everything is good like training, process and all.give opportunity to grow.

Dislikes

I do not like about frequent process movement.we are given training on a process then suddenly moved to another process to take another training which is really disappointed.nothing else

Work Details

We work for the insurance and make payment for the member so ww adjudicate the claims.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
