The only thing I hate about this company was it's salary structure, Beaware what they said they will pay and what they are actually paying is quite difference. They basically cut your salary to pay you incentives. If they promise you that you will get 25k as in-hand they will actually pay you 23k and dedication of 2k in the name of flex salary which was paid to u at the time of incentive, but remember if you don't perform well then that amount will be forfeited...Read More
