Some of the processes have excellent leadership, visionary statesmen and at the same time, some processes have immature leaders who do micro management. Overall the company has good in house L&D, they help you manage work-life balance by being considerate to situations.

not treating adults like adults, again it rolls onto micro management. Otherwise everything is employee friendly. Job trainings could be improved. Process trainers need training themselves. Transport has never ending issues , could be organised better.

It is exciting but sometimes due to shortage of managers, some managers are overburdened with work of 3 managers together. It can really get hectic. Hiring needs improvement at middle level management.
