#Read the below comment till end to know their shades Management always see their benefits only They do bad allegations on contract employees whoever raise their voice they'll do charecter assassination also to complete their business (We were working from office, my friend tested covid positive, so it will damage their work, so they want their business so they spread that person lying about covid ➕ in office) No one cares about lower level employees irrespective of situation need to work according to their needs.... Even in bad health conditions need to work 😠😠 There is no growth and appreciation for right people They took around 70 people as a contract with the 90 to 95 % will have chance to be permanent with satisfied package for 6 months contract... So each and every one give their best, on order to give their best we all complete 6 months work in 4 months.... After their work done, they intentionally targeting top performars to shut up their mouths and silently close the contract... Training was too much bad, trainer was doing partially with me, actually she was female trainer and she flirt with me instead of give proper training. Very hard to survive in Optum, Management is very bad. Long hour shift 9:30 hours shift. I would say if you want to join Optum please think before it 100 times. Teammates was not goodbecause if during training time everyone show competition then a good team can not generate. Coordination between team not good.
