I like the joining salary they give good. Working on client project decent work life balance they have. Becos of client project work satisfaction also there as good skills needed to do. But Salary increments are very poor compared to other consultancy companies.

Dislikes

No communication from the payroll company after project start. No training programs given by company. If you ask means they will tell pay you yourself. They say they have lot of clients but no project done by them. They just put people. SO when you ask new project they may or may not keep you. Depends on immediate project. Else they will direct fire. I have been asked to submit resignation and leave as my project get over next month. When I asked on this HR team tells if I want to get proper relieving letter I must resign. Else they will share termination letter. Work culture is bad. They dont ask to client about work, They give any rating they want randomly. Client said clearly I am best in team from the company. But they put average rating and almost zero hike. I cannot buy even one way petrol for bike with the increment. The hike is not there at all. When asked they silence us saying some reason. Now my client budget not there after june month. I am given notice by the company to exit. Just like that. Ask me to resign and go. They say if I dont resign then they will give termination letter. Very bad. No project means they send out. I got good exposure in the projects I worked. Good salary when joining the company. Not a Pay master but good nevertheless. Good office infrastructure.

Dislikes

Bench policy is bad. Not able to find a project for the bench people HR calls and ask's employees to resign forcefully. This show's the capability of the team. Very less leaves in industry just 18 days. No work life balance. Involve in blame game all the time. Hire and fire they do well. Poor bench ploicy. The company will earn from you but will kick you off as soon as lay off comes. No leave encashment in F&F settlement. You cant carry forward many leaves. Pay rise is not there at all. Firing is random. One day they call and start PIP suddenly in 5-10 days they will call and fire. Very unprofessional behaviour. Dont go for good starting salary. You will regret....Read More

You get somewhat lost after client project deploying. Also I asked my manager many times what project I will work after first client project. He had no idea. i have no view of other client or projects of the company, he said. He kept saying this project will extend. I said can I do some automation POC for other projects out of my int erest. Manager said nothing like that POC they do. One day client told project is over and gave notice. I was panicked. My manager did nothing and suddenly I get HR call and she asked me to resign and go out after contract for client is over. Very rude call. If they dont have projects they send you out. You cannot build a career here. They are small company may be no bench they keep. Very poor planning. 4 months back my old manager called me for job and I said no saying that I like it here. Now I have reached him again, very sad state. The teams speaking to employees like me should interact proper way and not be rude. They talk in a way as if I am a slave to them.
