The chennai office is nice. Sea view seat are great. Biscuits and snacks are there but limited time. Thing is coffee tea limited hours only. Never seen in any office like this. Apart from this NOTHING.

Project lining up is not proper. They layoff people saying there are no opportunities for you. While I am in billing role to client the company other employees tell me there is plan to not hire women for non billing roles as they dont want to pay Maternity leave benefits. Also for IT an d Non IT this company has different notice periods. I referred my colleague in Non IT role last year and when her project is over she got short notice to leave company. When my project is over they gave long notice to exit. They exit anyone whose project is over. But different people different policy I have not seen. Don't waste your time like this type of traps. It used to be account wise operating company which was good. But of late has gotten bad with no one taking responsibility from management. Unable to get any response and always being turned to someone to get any update. But very matured body shopping organization. Good pay when you join. No questions on this.

The career path I have in last 2 years is so topsy turvy. I have had 7 Managers in the last 20 months. This is not an exaggeration. There is so much churn in the company I am afraid the non billing people (in a nice way, Overheads) churn out every few months which is a bad average in m y experience. I am in a billing role but with the kind of firing I see everyday here for people released from my account itself, I have started looking out already. There is no one to follow up any request you give. You follow up and find a new person has taken the role. Then you explain them full thing again. With so poor increments and lack of clarity after nearly 2 years my entire team (14 of us in billing role) will leave in the next few days. When we approached HR team we got a vague response that this is the best we can do just parroting same thing. It is clear they just repeat what their leaders taught them to say. Lost all faith in the company the entire team is frustratedd and vexed and will leave soon. My 2 paisa is you do not invest your time or your career in the company. It is not at all worth it. Not female/diversity friendly company. If you go on ML you get no rating no increment just bare minimum salary mandated by law....Read More
