I joined the company as they said they are a fully a it service company. Their website spoke about domains and technology. I joined them last year in October 2022. After joining I found many things. 1 they have 2 or 3 websites. Dont know why. Also what they send to clients and sent to me before joining are not same sites. 2 they have many different email address for different people. Client billable like me will get one id other admin sales HR people will get email id with another domain but they say it is one company 3 in my outlook email I cannot type and resolve it to names. First time when I deleted my manager email I had to wait for them to send another email before I can respond. That is NOT funny. Lot of unwanted loops. Also when client told project is over by 31-Oct my manager in optimum has now sent me notice to exit. Now I am searching job again within 1 year. Very unprofessional people. Salary pay by 1st of the month. no delays. Bad is no leave encashing. Many bad things below are there also.

Joined in Pune last year 2022 beginning. They have a very small 10 people office inn kharadi. I was in project client site. Any thing to ask the company, HR peoples answered well. Pune Account manager team was not responsive. Salary doubt and all HR and Finance will answer. but project difficulty, another project discussion and allno one was able to help me. Client told contract is over. Immediately company also gave termination notice to me. When I ask another project they say they have no other project. I was ready to relocate. Then also they said no project. It is a big shock to me. We came for long term jobs to this company but they throw us out when project over. In Pune they have a small set up and just using people then throwing when time comes. Very bad experience....Read More
