Optimum is flexible in timings and management is fully supportive, I have given a free had to take discissions related to my account and projects, many other opportunities like working on proposals, connecting with different teams and directly interacting with CEO as well., so far great and good experience I have got.

It used to be account wise operating company which was good. But of late has gotten bad with no one taking responsibility from management. Unable to get any response and always being turned to someone to get any update. But very matured body shopping organization. Good pay when you join. No questions on this.

The career path I have in last 2 years is so topsy turvy. I have had 7 Managers in the last 20 months. This is not an exaggeration. There is so much churn in the company I am afraid the non billing people (in a nice way, Overheads) churn out every few months which is a bad average in my experience. I am in a billing role but with the kind of firing I see everyday here for people released from my account itself, I have started looking out already. There is no one to follow up any request you give. You follow up and find a new person has taken the role. Then you explain them full thing again. With so poor increments and lack of clarity after nearly 2 years my entire team (14 of us in billing role) will leave in the next few days. When we approached HR team we got a vague response that this is the best we can do just parroting same thing. It is clear they just repeat what their leaders taught them to say. Lost all faith in the company the entire team is frustratedd and vexed and will leave soon. My 2 paisa is you do not invest your time or your career in the company. It is not at all worth it. I got good exposure in the projects I worked. Good salary when joining the company. Not a Pay master but good nevertheless. Good office infrastructure.

Dislikes

Bench policy is bad. Not able to find a project for the bench people HR calls and ask's employees to resign forcefully. This show's the capability of the team. Very less leaves in industry just 18 days. No work life balance. Involve in blame game all the time. Hire and fire they do well. Poor bench ploicy. The company will earn from you but will kick you off as soon as lay off comes. No leave encashment in F&F settlement. You cant carry forward many leaves. Pay rise is not there at all. Firing is random. One day they call and start PIP suddenly in 5-10 days they will call and fire. Very unprofessional behaviour. Dont go for good starting salary. You will regret....Read More

No Job Security, Unprofessional HR, they hire you on permanent basis, but once client contract is over, they straight forward ask you to leave without any compensation and short notice, No Bonus or any benefits, just 10% hike yearly.
