NO JOB SECURITY CLENT BASED PROJECTS. IF CLIENT END THE CONTRACT YOU LL LOSE THE JOB YOU ARE BASICALLY JOINING AS A CONTRACT TO YOUR CLIENT THROUGH THIS COMPANY WITH NO JOB SECURITY. BETTER GIVE INTERVIEW TO CLIENT ITSELF RATHER THAN JOINING THIS COMPANY IF STILL OPTING TO JOIN OPTIMUM NEGOTIATE WITH WAY MORE HIGHER THAN THE CURRENT MARKET SINCE THEY DONT OFFER ANY JOB SECURITY IF CLIENTS ARE IN OTHER LOCATION YOU SHOULD EITHER RELOCATE OR RESIGN DECISIONS ARE PURELY CLIENT BASED YOUR JOB IS ALWAYS AT RISK SINCE CONTRACT EXTENDS EVERY THREE MONTHS NO BENCH POLICY YOUR LEAVES WILL NOT GET ENCASHED YOU LL GET THE LAST WORKING DAY SAME AS YOUR CLIENT CONTRACT END DATE THEY ARE TRAINED TO HIDE THESE POLICIES OF THE COMPANY. They dont ask to client about work, They give any rating they want randomly. Client said clearly I am best in team from the company. But they put average rating and almost zero hike. I cannot buy even one way petrol for bike with the increment. The hike is not there at all. When asked they silence us saying some reason. Now my client budget not there after june month. I am given notice by the company to exit. Just like that. Ask me to resign and go. They say if I dont resign then they will give termination letter. Very bad. No project means they send out. The company is in Chennai and in big office location. Very good office with various features. Salary is paid on time, you dont have to followup like other small contract companies. They identify manager before itself so when getting in project itself you know the person. Easy to connect. free snacks in office. coffee is top notch here. They keep doing HR fun events which is good.

The expectations set when you join and in reality are so different. Hike do not happen. Every year they pick a reason to defer the salary increment cycle by 1 or2 months no arrears paid. They don't have systems in place yet so excel work only. They make slow hiring decisions. My offer came in 2 weeks but they sometimes take longerfor other people. They have invested in practice but when I speak to my account manager for doing POC for a client they did not even bother to respond. This was 4-5 months back. After that my project got over. When hiring they say they say they do work for many clients but when I ask for interview to another project they simply asked me to move away from the job saying no role is there with any client. This is a bad place to work for. Why hire when project is short term. I was just fired with a phone call not even courtesy to meet and tell. DO NOT JOIN for better money. Very bad experience overall. They hire for one project them if client not start project they do layoff. They dont have many clients so they say leave the company
