Horrible experience working for them. There are many short 1 line positive reviews none of them look real to me.

They treat people like trash. Except one oe two people the company culture is to yell. If ther is question in timesheet to fill then manager wil say ' hei. Don't ask questions. First finish the timesheet and submit. Then we can talk'. I don't know these are really low capable people or it is the culture. Poor to almost zero appraisal. I work for a large bank client and optimum compny contract is not extended, client is saying it. So client started releasing many people. Optimum did not inform us at all putting our job in risk. Now some people in project are started looking outside before they fire us all like they did for many others....Read More

The company does not treat employees well. They have 2 categories of employees. One is client billing people like me. Other is what they call house office people. Means they are non billing admins people. They have partiality treatment to house office employees. When we client billing people finish project and come they will just send people out immediately. But many house office non billing people are there but company protect them. For me my problem is less of other getting good treatment. But when my project is over and I am given notice to exit company then I ask the manager can I become house office employee (or home office bot sure some name like that) and manager said no chance. The company has good office in Chennai.

They hire you for specific project. Then they fire you. Before joining ask them how much people get new project. It will be a very very small number. If they find billing project they will interview in market and put in. They don't plan any career for people. Just a body shopper. End of project will result in exiting company.

3 of us who joined this company different times went thru above (we all join from same company). All of us were exited from company. This is from the Pune location of office. First we thought the first person who got exit was slightly weak in skill may be he did not got project. When second and third of our group exit we know this is the pattern of this company.
