Big big issue is next project finding. They do interview make offer and project starts. But if project over they will send you out. No job safety at all. Many in my project team asked to leave company last few days. I started job searching but I also got exit notice in October. Also no leave encashment. They won't allow leave now innotice also. Leaves are wasted. So finally losing job and no leave payment also. Poor job experience here....Read More

The chennai office is nice. Sea view seat are great. Biscuits and snacks are there but limited time. Thing is coffee tea limited hours only. Never seen in any office like this. Apart from this NOTHING.

Dislikes

Project lining up is not proper. They layoff people saying there are no opportunities for you. While I am in billing role to client the company other employees tell me there is plan to not hire women for non billing roles as they dont want to pay Maternity leave benefits. Also for IT and Non IT this company has different notice periods. I referred my colleague in Non IT role last year and when her project is over she got short notice to leave company. When my project is over they gave long notice to exit. They exit anyone whose project is over. But different people different policy I have not seen. Don't waste your time like this type of traps. Find a good trusted company, take 2-3 weeks extra in job hunt but don't join this....Read More

Very unfriendly company. Got laid off because client released from project. They promise many projects before joining now have nothing. This company also have different notice period for IT people and Non IT people. That I came to know recently. I referred R**** L** few months back. He was fired from Non IT project few weeks back but when they gave me firing mine is longer notice period as I am IT. Also with one phone call they will throw you out. No place to complain also. Interview process was very well done. This was 2 years back in 2021. If you have worked you clear. Offer was smooth also.

Initial joining experience was good. Then it became difficult. Company was concentrating on doing interviews and adding people. Thats all. Me and other client billing colleagues asked about doing projects and not just supply people. Manager said just do your work. I was promised that career will grow with focus on skill but we are used as interviewing people only. Mainly we do client projects but no POC kind of work. Just putting people and staffing. My client budget problem came and they gave project release notice june end . I immediately got notice to exit from company. This was 2 month ago. I will exit this month. They have no much project in other account. They cheated when hire. They just do body billing. When time came to project is over they release us. Very bad way this body shopping is happening in this company. All have small time contract and you dont not extension till last date. Sudden one day they will tell releasing from project so resign from company and leave. Dont join this agency. Better agency are there....Read More

Good Onboarding process mostly remote. Project not very difficult. No training given. Certification they wont reimburse. Decent package they give.

After onboard they give laptop from client. Once collecting it all interaction is from client only. They dont focus back on employee after onboarding. We are fully lost. No systems in place for leave balance check or timesheet and all. Just excel they use. Then one HR system came not much use. To get any information from company is so difficult. Get any employee letter have to write 5 times and plead. Sometime client say they want us employee here to join their client company which is like a typical contract to hire model. That is most of the work model for the company. We get confused we joined Optimum or client company. Sometime client will mandate furlough which means to go on leave 2 weeks with no connecting to office emails etc. The company forces people to apply personal leaves for furlough whether we want the leaves or not. They promised onsite after 2 years. When I asked onsite to my manager after 1 year he said wait for some more time which is ok. But when I asked how much they will pay in Singapore then manager asked Singapore team for Salary. The onsite salary is so low there is no use going onsite by this company.
