In my case - Optimum Info system did not tell me that my contract with Google will not be renewed beyond 2 years. They just sent me a mail a month before i would complete 2 years with Google that my contract will expire. There was no hand holding in terms of providing me with other job opportunities. there was no annual performance dialogue which could have helped me improve my contribution to Google....Read More
