The company is very innovative and delivers high quality services to its clients. We have started more partnership arrangement with other firm other firms in Nigeria and hoping to extend same to other part of the globe.

Dislikes

Optimum Growth Ventures is a good place to work and a good firm to partner with.The compensation is good. It provides good working atmosphere and friendly relationship with its employees.

Work Details

My work is challenging as the Managing Consultant of the firm but I am facing the challenges very squarely to ensure that we keep on succeeding. I ensure proper management and control of resources of the firm. I also ensure that our clients get the best.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
