I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? The owner and manager are the same person, and he makes false claims on appraisals and other matters. He torments everyone in his mind. He will vent his frustration on everyone if a client becomes upset with him over his error. He believes that an employee will put in more effort if I push them to do so.
