Versatile and moving good. In general good company to work.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Many polices just in papers. Partiality exists! More higher position more deviation. Less compensation. Local heads do not listen to team/ people voices. Not a recommendation: Act and do some politics to shine (true opinions never work)

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
