Good work life balance. Good salary for Thrissur area.

Dislikes

Too much politics. Many to micro manage you and this causes delay in projects. Designations are given based on some idiotic logic and not based on skills or talent. People who keep relationship with the director(Thrissur) is given full respect, praise and appraisal. Those who work really hard are not appreciated unless they are friend with the director. If you can't work but talk, this is a good place to earn what ever you want....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
