An excellent work culture and opportunities to learn and develop ones skill. An understanding and supportive management which motivates the employees to improve their skills. The culture in OSA is " work with me and not work for me."

The work life in Open Security is very interesting and challenging with new requirements. Opportunities to attend job oriented trainings and excellent mentorship and guidance as when required from Mr.Dinesh.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
