Apart from salary on time there is nothing to like. Company is continuously firing people as soon as they complete 18 months. Environment is also abusive when it comes to Indian operation. You will be forced to work during weekends and if you apply compensation then your manager will reject the same saying company is already paying you for the 30 days.

Dislikes

You job is always in risk. You may get a call on any day from higher management to leave the company without any reason. Even if you perform well and continuously getting employee of the quarter or month, you will be forced to leave after project is done. Every month around 20 people are being fired and 10 new people are joining. This is how they are managing the resource to avoid giving long term benefits to existing employees....Read More

The HR management at Ontinue India is abysmal. There's absolutely zero job security; layoffs can happen at any moment without warning. Team meetings? Forget about it. And don't even dream of team outings or office visits – those are non-existent too. It's impossible to trust HR when they can't even provide basic support and communication for employees.
