Medical billing sector is an interesting, it gives satisfaction to the work life .

Work satisfaction - Excellent

Dislikes

There are no perks of working here other than the salary they pay, and it's a 10hrs shift it's exhausting, there is no work life balance.

Skill development - Poor
Job security - Poor
Company culture - Bad

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
