Likes

Good work environment great teamwork coordination, upper executives are very helpful and guide you well . Office hours are also very flexible and adaptable. Salaries are fair and company policies are also good. Job training is well done and plenty of scope for career growth.

Increment of salaries is a bit on the slower side , some politics in some departments

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
