No job security, the work culture is pathetic, there is no such thing as company policy, except for always pressuring employees in every possible way.

Dislikes

This place is full of harassment . Mr pramod who heads the organization doest not know how to behave or talk with employees, this is the reason why the attrition rate is so poor in this firm. For any small instances they are the first to deduct your salary. There is no employee benefits, PF, job security, medical facilities of a tiniest kind, the owners are full of abuses.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
