Dislikes

No appreciation or rewards. Plant was not running more than 2..3 months without forced shutdown due to carbon formation in 2009. I joined in July 2009 and solved the problem with zero investment which can be verified, investigated. Later plant could run for year without stoppage and could earn 500...600 M$ revenue per year. I wad not at all appreciated in any form. 🙏

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
