nothing to like here, if u will see the owner face after a week u want to slap him

One of the pathetic 2 Kodi ki companies to work with, there is no management. owner call himself employed whenever he got trapped in something fishy that was made on his own he put his wife in front. one of the worst management they had, they don't give salary to anyone owner don't know anything but asks u to work in bar minimum and handle everything don't ever join this company

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
