They are ruined lots of employees employment also if they rehire so they told us they are not hiring ex employees very bad behaviour of mainly new Hr head or DGM Hr. The company doesn't give salary on time. Want employee to travel 25 days in a month from his own money. Travel reimbursement is never done on time and whenever it's done their is illogical deduction. The company wants sales team to act like collection agents and goons. They least interested is solving dealers and customers problems.The scooters which are being manufactured are of third class category. Broken and damaged scooters are being delivered to the dealers. If the sales employee is not able to collect money from the dealer or is not able to make new dealer in any area (due to poor scooter performance and bad company image) than he/she is harassed personally to that level where the resignation is the only solution...Read More
