I got an early on experience of company culture hence I could exit early.

Dislikes

1. You will be expected to do 24 hrs, duty on public holidays, and week off during your assigned charge of tele consultation duty day. 2. You will be compelled to attend meetings during your afternoon free time i.e from 1 to 4 pm 3. You will be expected to do insurance reimbursement Authorization duties where you will be like a BPO employee. 4. Performance bonus will not be credited during your probationary period i.e for 1st 6 months, and eventually it will be linked to you performing certain procedures in the clinic. 5. Most clinikk doesn't have required state assigned license like trade licence and KPME registration, which is a non compliance issue and they have received notice from health department of government of Karnataka....Read More
