Never ever work for this company. This company has immorality in its genes. They will only ask for work but when it's comes to meeting their own commitment, they forget everything. Their is too much politics and owner himself promote those politics. You will be hired for some role and after that you will be judged based on something for which you have not been hired. For ex: marketing guy will be judged on his engineering caliber, architect will be judged on his drafting skills. The worst thing about this organization is that they keep on changing the rules on their own whims and fancies. They also have very interesting rule. They do not bother to provide the increment on time but their are chances that you will be eligible for DECREMENT that too at the extent of 50%. They want to earn from their as well as from the salary of their employees as well.On top of that when you want to leave the organization then they will expect you to properly serve the notice period and give handover but at the time of full and final , they will show their true colors. They won't even receive your call once you provide all the information. This is because of this reason, many employees just take the salary and leave the job .
