Ocwen doesn't give importance to innovation, carrier growth or work from home facility. Ocwen also believes in micromanagement. The higher management doesn't provide the required assistance to team leaders and middle management

I worked in different departments in O wen Financial Solutions. In Credit Reporting team, I worked as a team leader. My team was handling disputes raised by credit bureaus. Also, resolving internal credit disputes received through different departments.
