Analyst, Investor Reporting - US Mortgage - MBA Mandatory

POSITION SUMMARY: 

This position will support Investor Reporting private label clients. The Analyst will report to Supervisor of Investor Reporting in all aspects of remittance reporting and wire process, including inquiry tracking and escalated matter handling for private label investors.

JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Learn and understand the correct interpretation of PLS reporting Servicing Guidelines.
• Ensure the Daily or Monthly claim Reporting and remittance to PLS Clients and internal company are completed timely and accurately.
• Work closely with the Internal Audit & management  team in providing required process related information and respond to the queries received from Auditors/Clients/Management.
• Ensuring the claims and Investor/Internal queries on  loans are reported/ accurately 
• Work independently on reporting , projects and other assignments.
• Multi-task and troubleshoot any issues that arise which may have multiple variables that fall outside stipulated guidelines and work closely within the department and with other Ocwen departments and clients to ensure their prompt and accurate resolution.
• Act as a liaison and information resource between the Investor Reporting department\clients and the upstream BUs to answer questions and assist in the prompt resolution of any questions they may have and gather information to pass the claims to the trust with due diligence 

QUALIFICATION:

• Master’s Degree required MBA(Finance) OR Master of Commerce - (Mandatory)
• Minimum 6 months of Experience post Master’s degree in Default reporting / GSE OR PLS Claims activity of U.S mortgage servicing preferred. 
• Excellent Communication both verbal and written and MS Excel Skills 

WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: 

2.00 PM to 11.00 PM IST. No travel requirements.
