Management was not that good at decisions. Policies were not followed instead there was different policies in department.

Too much of work stress and pressure to achieve targets though there was no inflows. Leaves were not provided accurately.

Day Shift and I can't leave the job because my resume will have stability issues., I unlearned all knowledge I acquired in Dell. Now I just go do my work and come.

Unprofessional, uneducated, illiterate, people in management and co colleagues brought losses to company.

Hectic is nothing, is there any other word to kill yourself to death by 30's. We have forgotten the spelling of smiling and happiness and peace. You don't have to go to hell, it's right here.

Employees are not recognised , hard workers /experience people life is horrible, daily headace with targets, your performance is with your team lead , no leaves for any reason.
