The company was very good in the initial years.

Management has become very brutal, no empathy towards employees. No opportunity to present our case, whatever they say is the law, is the policy. Way too micro managing Managers, who I don't think have any other work other than scrutinizing employees. Above all giving vague explanations and we need to accept without a second thought.
