If any new process comes they will charge you with out asking you and if u don't want to do they will ask for leave the company worst hr management

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
