Absolutely poor security , management doesn't provide materials for working and doestn't support and gives freedom to work with children, moreover not allows to work in Montessori ways(they rules us to work according to their own syllabus). They state in agreement work duration (9hours in a day) and working days (5dys in a week) butthere we expedienced 13hours and all 7days working completely different....Read More

There is a lot of politics. The work which should takeover by helpers they doesn't do (like mopping, sweeping) that all should done by directress of the classroom. The managment comes in between when working with children in classroom and distracts immediately they calls out starts talking around classroom environment. There is a bond of 3years before which you cannot resign. Salary and work absolutely not sarisfactory....Read More
