In there no work pressure, no works on sunday & night works have a freedom to do work, brotherhood kind of MD and he pay full salary during lockdown period also.

NuVogue Enterprises was a buying agency and it's located at Indore.In Tirupur they don't have office I visit factory directly and I am the only one person to handle everything. I handle ten factories and three buyers. I do two roles merchandiser and quality head.

Dislikes

Salary is good but allowances are not enough. I can't do two roles in same time.

I learned more about the factory mind set. Now I know more suppliers for accessories , fabrics, and printing. I do two roles in this first thing I am quality head and merchandiser.
