Direct session with CEO where anyone can voice their concern, promoting WFH even when some MNCs are asking people to join office. Medical benifits if any employee or his family is diagonised with Covid19 etc. Overall they are acting as the workplace family, and always there in your need.

Dislikes

Though Covid19 forced everyone to WFH, Netmagic didn't have the robust plan or technology to support WFH. But they are trying their best to resolve it.

Compensation is good but growth is big challenge. Retention Policy for deserving candidates is poor. Working hours are 14-16 hours during week days during Covid Period.

Senior people do not work, they just pass on the work, No night allowance Reporting people always pressurise you will not have your personal life, Even after 9hrs of work, you have to attend scrum call at night around 10, and unnecessary discussion takes around 2-3 hours. Lack of knowledge to senior guys causing tremendous pressure on L1 an L2 guys. Daily you will get warning from managers like, he will disable your id. No transport available....Read More
