Working in NTT Data is a good experience and job security depends on how you perform at your work place and company policies are good compared to other companies but salary increment is less when it comes to promotion or after 1 year completion

Few Helpdesk analysts people are so very rude and show attitude towards employees and transport is not both ways, they give one side door drop and other side shuttle pickup which I don’t like where employees have to walk till the certain distance before getting in the cab and there is no free food and no team outings and no international relocation and yet don’t understand why we have to login on time becoz if users need help then they will wait for us, why can’t any IT support sector think this way.
