Company will not give good salary hike even you got higher ratings. Poor hike during promotion as well. Salary compensation system is poor than other software mnc's. Company will never encourage the employee in terms of salary compensations.

Work Details

I am a hard worker and a good performer in the project. I also train bunch of people to upgrade their skills. I got recognised from clients but the management is dumb and deaf. There is no such environment that you are working in an MNC. Poor company.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
