Worst company I have ever worked with in my professional career. Good for nothing management. Mission and Vision of the organization is employee victimization and harassment. Does not pay salary on time. In the name of salary they just provide you some kind of chillar. False commitments are made at the time of payout day. So called operations managers, Assistant Managers, HR head and VPs are frauds and cheats. Most probably the HR Monika vaish, mastermind of everything. Nothing, it was a bad decision to join NSB. Not an employee centric organization. Management is insensitive and opportunist.

Dislikes

The work culture. Biased attitude of management towards sycophants. They hire people for processes acquired to inflate top lines at nonsensical rates, then at execution levels, show reluctance to justify commercials, resulting in loss of works. When process fails, they blame and exploit their employees for their own incompetence. What a shame..

Profile was to manage operations, training, optimize process, which I was hired for and ensure few others old processes runs smoothly, irrespective of the poor management support. After few months, Co. lost business and many employees lost jobs

TLS Nd SM behavior was good. Other then nothing

No job security no salary clearity. They can diduct ur salary without any appropriate reason. And u don't know when they can fired u. And for women no women security. I was the HR there and completed the hiring of Unacedemy process. They do not have any system for the manpower controlling and when batches were over welmed they asked joiners to kindly leave the organisation. They do not employee respectfully, they do not pay us the salary on time almost they hold salary upto 2 months, they do not have proper seating arrangement for the candidates, This so called company have nothing to with people....Read More
