If the login hour is less than 9hrs by even 1 or 2 mins then they'll consider it as a half day no matter how hard you worked that day. And tere is a target of Average call handling time of 240 seconds which is nearly impossible to maintain and they will deduct your sallary for that also if you AHT is above 240.
